Procedure for New Service Connection

Any registered consumers of the Water District with active water service connection.

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

No noon break

Installation Charge - 2,350.00


1. Go to Costumer Service Counter and get
Application for New Service Connection Form

2. Submit requirements and accomplished Application
for New Service Connection Form, Memorandum of
Agreement (MOA) and Loan Agreement, if applicable

3. Go to the Cashier and pay installation charges,
and return the Application Form to the Customer
Service Clerk.
