Chemical Research Industrial Products Sales, Inc. one of the suppliers of Kabankalan City Water District, held a Septage Treatment Plant orientation at Zaycoland Resort and Hotel, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental on December 11, 2014. The orientation was attended by City officials led by Mayor Isidro P. Zayco, Vice Mayor Delia O. Anacan and members of the City Council and KCWD General Manager Ricardo M. Regalia, Jr.

In its presentation, Chemical Research or CHEMRES explained that the treatment facility employs a fully mechanized segregation of the collected septage. The removal and collection of trash, fats, oils, grease, grit, sand and bio solids are all done without manual handling.
