The CLUP seminar was conducted in preparation for the introduction of major improvements to the KCWD Water System. It aims to serve as preliminary survey of water resources of every Barangay in the City of Kabankalan. Hon. Roger M. Regalia, Chairman Liga ng mga Barangay welcomed the participants led by Barangay Captain Joan Albayda of Barangay 8. GM Ricardo M. Regalia, Jr. expounded on the theme "Water Source and Water Use Assessment for 32 Barangays of Kabankalan City". KCWD employees Sheila G. Guadalupe - Admin. Division Manager; Mary Josephine R. Gacho- OIC, Commercial Division; Mercy M. Valdesis - Accounting Corporate Budget Officer and Engr. Michael John B. Bocol facilitated and hosted the event.

KCWD aspires to remain true to its mission of improving the quality of life of the people of Kabankalan City by providing them with safe, abundant and potable supply of water for its growing population and for the future generation. KCWD understands the demand for water as a fundamental need, hence its desire to not only improve its water system but also serve as an inspiration to others.
