KCWD joins World Water Day 2015
In celebration of the World Water day 2015, Kabankalan City Water District and the Association of Negros Occidental Water Districts, together with the Philippine Environment Office (PEMO), Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement (PRRM), Knights of Columbus and other stakeholders joined the World Water Day which was hosted by Bacolod City Water District on March 16 – 22, 2015.
The Environment Week 2015
Cognizant of the need to share in the great responsibility of creating initiatives to promote, protect, conserve and rehabilitate the Earth’s finite resources, KCWD participated in the Environment Week Celebration of the City of Kabankalan last June 19, 2015.

KCWD conducted the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) Seminar last November 5, 2014 at the People’s Hall, Barangay 8. The seminar was attended by barangay secretaries from all over the City.

Brigada Eskwela
The Kabankalan City Water District (KCWD) assisted D.C. Gurruchari Memorial School in Barangay Hilamonan in the Brigada Eskwela last May 19, 2014. To this day, KCWD continues to voluntarily bind itself with other stakeholders for this noble undertaking that aims to help schools prepare for the opening of the school year.
