Any registered consumers of the Kabankalan City Water District with active water service connection.

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

No noon break

Charges - NONE


Procedure:

1. Fill up the Service Request Form for Temporary Closure at the Customer Service Clerk in the Commercial Division.

2. Along with your previous bill or proof that you owned the accounts, present the filled-up form to the Customer Service Clerk.
